After being carefully collected once it falls to the ground, the leaf goes through the process of steam distillation. Many of the younger leaves contain proteins that feels soothing. As an essential oil, nutmeg leaf oil has a distinctive strong smell for fragrance and a slightly sweet as well as warm taste for flavor enhancer.

NUTMEG OLEORESIN

Nutmeg oleoresin is extracted from the fresh nutmeg by solvent extraction process. Commonly, it can be used for seasoning, baking and cooking. We produce 2 grades of nutmeg oleoresin including oleoresin with 30% of oil content, and oleoresin with 40% of oil content.

PATCHOULI OIL

Patchouli oil is good to stabilize floral perfumes and good for deodorant. It also can be a nice scent for soap and candle. We produce patchouli oil from the leaves using a double steam distillation process.

TANIN OIL

Betel nut leaves are very useful for the needs of pharmaceutical, ink and paint, skincare, textile, and beer industry. The process starts from where the areca nut seed is taken by removing the fiber cutter. It will be cleaned from impurities and cut into small pieces and dried. After that, it will be milled and sieved. The smooth part of the areca nut seed then will be extracted with temperature that is varied below the solvent's boiling point. The extraction result will be cooled and filtered before it gets distilled to separate the solvent from the tanin.
