Nutmeg oleoresin is extracted from the fresh nutmeg by solvent extraction process. Comomonly, it can be used for seasoning, baking, and cooking. We produce 2 grades of nutmeg oleoresin including oleoresin with 30% of oil content, and oleoresin with 40% of oil content.
